Looking back in July 2010, more than 200 new employees came together to Shibang and began their career. New staff management committee: build a new Informal communication platform for enterprises and workers

August 2010, with the end of the new employee induction training, the company proposed and new staff self-organized of the "New Employee Management Committee" (New Employee Management Committee: hereinafter referred to NEMC) came into being.

Continue the excellent results that the class structure played during new employees training, NEMC aim to strengthen staff care and affection construction, promote common development of new staff, help new staff overcome the difficulties faced during the transition period, find and nurture talented employees in the conduct of this work. The establishment of the organization is the inevitable outcome of company's rapid development, it also is a major initiative of Shibang's strategic talents reserves. NEMC existing has six permanent members and twenty-eight department contact persons. The organization has been through heart-sharing, regular discussions, sympathy and persuasion, expand training and other means to help new employees to grow up fast. Now they all can work independently in their respective positions.
